Members wishing to submit Funding Proposals
Members wishing to submit Funding Proposals can do so by downloading and completing the Funding Proposal Template. Our placement of a funding Proposal on the secure website will only occur after our evaluation and is subject to prior receipt by the Network of a fee of £125 (+ VAT), payable by the Member to the Network, which is non-refundable.
When completing a Funding Proposal, you should be mindful of the protection of your Intellectual Property rights and should not, at this stage, disclose confidential information. The Proposal form provides further information on this.
A further fee of £450 (+VAT) will be charged to Members who are invited to attend an Investment Meeting (with this fee also covering Presentation coaching, provided by the Network, prior to the meeting).
A success fee of 2% of funds raised is charged by the Network to Members when an investment is made, except in the case of not-for-profit organisations. This fee is payable within 14 days of completion of the investment. See the Network terms and conditions for full details

The following annual membership fees apply to investor members:

To become an Investor Member, download and complete the Investor Membership Template and return by post to the address given below.
Investor Members must also download, complete and sign the FSMA Certificates where the Investor is NOT regulated by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Please ensure that you read the statement on the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and complete the declaration otherwise your application cannot be accepted.
A password to access the funding proposals and entrance to Investment Meetings will only be granted following the receipt by the Network of completed FSMA Certificates (if applicable) and payment of the appropriate membership fee. For further details on how to access funding proposals, click here.
