Members wishing to submit Funding Proposals

Members wishing to submit Funding Proposals can do so by downloading and completing the Funding Proposal Template. Placement of a Funding Proposal on the Network's website will only occur after evaluation of the proposal by the Network’s team of experts and is subject to:

• Prior receipt by the Network of a non-refundable fee of £125 +VAT; and
• Acceptance by the Proposal Member of the Network’s success fee terms and conditions.

When completing a Funding Proposal, organisations should be mindful of the protection of its intellectual property rights and should not, at this stage, disclose confidential information. The Funding Proposal Template provides further information on this.

A further fee of £450 (+VAT) will be charged to Proposal Members who are invited to attend an Investment Meeting. This fee covers a critique of the Proposal Member’s presentation by the Network’s Advisory Panel.

A success fee of 5% of funds raised is charged by the Network to Proposal Members when an investment is made. This fee is payable in accordance with the Network’s success fee terms and conditions.

Investor Members

There is no fee to become and Investor Member of the Network. To become an Investor Member, download and complete the Investor Membership Template and return by post, fax or email using our contact details below.

Investor Members must also download, complete and sign the FSMA Certificates where the Investor is NOT regulated by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.  Please ensure that you read the statement on the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 set out in the template and complete the declaration otherwise your application cannot be accepted.

A password to access the funding proposals and entrance to Investment Meetings will only be granted following the receipt by the Network of completed FSMA Certificates (if applicable). For further details on how to access funding proposals, click here.
